my site is http://www.miclasico.com/calendario/mapa-de-eventos and if I move the mouse on the place with event, I can see the name of the event, but not any icon

Ok, I thought I was silver member but my suscription expire just yesterday (!)
Just now I pay again the silver suscription for 6 months more, but I have the same problem with the icons in the map.

Ahh no problem, we should add in a method so us as mods know when the subscription expires at first glance.

So to confirm, in the monthly view on tooltip popup you would like a pin point icon with the location details so people can see the location within the monthly calendar view?

No, I would like a pin point icon on the map. I attached a screenshot where you can see the evet tittle and description if you point the mouse there, but if quit the mouse arrow, you cant see nothing

Sorry, is a site in joomla and the admin panel superuser can edit all site. I cant create a user who only can manage jevents.

I thought that here I can give a answer for my problem because I pay a member tax...

Hello,

It's easier for us to diagnose when we have full access to JEvents / Managed Locations.

I've looked into this deeper and you have some sort of CDN in place? It's using:

http://cdn3.miclasico.com/blue-dot.png

And this doesn't exist which is why you are having issues. I would suggest you clear the CDN or force it to update? Maybe even disable it for now.

So you have com_jevents, com_jevlocations one of this has likely got the url hard coded in.

Can you rename com_jevents to: com_jevents_bak first and try again. if no change, do the same for com_jevlocations until the map displays pins again.
