How do I reorder events in the Latest Events module so they are closest to furthest away by event date?

In the Latest Events Module you can configure it to reverse display I suspect that will do it for you.

On the admin side, events are in order by the Timesheet column, from April to July. On the front side, events are randomly out of order.

The events are ordered by time in the frontend. for example in the latest events module you can configure it in a few ways of how to fetch events.
