I have set up a recurring event but only the first of these events is listed on the calendar. How do I change it so that all the events are shown?

For each of these events I would like to enter different information:
ie the meeting occurs on the first Sunday of the month at the same time and location, but there is a different theme for each meeting. Any tips on how to do this?

(I was able to do both of the above until sometime last year - was there an update that removed these functions?)

Hello,

Well you edit the menu item which you use to access JEvents and check the options for:

Show All Repeat Events in List - Set to yes

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

You need to edit the JEvents Config under Yearly/category view and set it to show all repeats.

If that doesn't work, then check the menu item is set to show All repeats too.

Many thanks
Tony

Thanks for your prompt response Tony.

JEvents Config under Yearly/category view is already set it to show all repeats.

"If that doesn't work, then check the menu item is set to show All repeats too."
- how/where do I do this?

AHA! Got it! I have spent so long scouring the config for JEvents for the solution I forgot that you could look elsewhere.

Thanks for your help Tony.

No problem at all, it is actually an oversight on our behalf. We added the override to the menu item but the problem with the current version is on creating a new menu item it renders the global config option useless. So I've just re-factored this to allow a global setting going forward to be in the next release.

Many thanks
Tony
