Latest Events module broken links after update to 3.4.19

Looking at the URL on events displayed on Latest Events - notice that they include filter_reset=1

http://xxxxx/event-calendar/icalrepeat.detail/2016/09/24/197/25/bpsc-season-opener?filter_reset=1

This returns the following error - "Sorry - this event cannot be viewed using the link provided. Its possible the item may have been updated while you have been viewing the webpage."

If I copy the full URL and remove the filter_reset=1 - the correct JEvents event entry is displayed.

How can I resolve please ? Is there a fix to remove the filter_reset=1 on all URLs. Am I doing something wrong. Was working perfectly prior to update

Hi mouse2mouse ,

how did you fix the problem?

After Update to 3.4.25 I have the same error.
But in my case URL is: /http://index.php/termine/year.listevents/2016/11/08/-
(without filter_reset=1)

Thank you!

If there isn't a quick fix, Is there a way to roll back to the previous version?

rambis340 - you say you have the same problem but when I look at your site the links appear to work fine. Which ones are not working?

Sorry, I couldn't have the site broken for an extended period of time so I had to restore from backup to the state it was before I installed the update. If you could post the fix (when you have one), I would still like to try and get it updated.

Thanks

Hello,

Can you setup a test site so we can see it since we cannot replicate the issue?

Many thanks

Hi geraint!

Yes it's http://www.XXXXXX.de- attached you will find a screenshot

The only event which is working is the second "Weihnachtsfeier"

You will find the events also as a list via the nav Wettkämpfe -> Termine. There is everything working. The problem is only with the module.

Hello mg18,

Your problem is different.

You have set the module to be filtered by certain categories and the target menu item is also facing the same problem but not to the same categories of the module.

I would suggest you create a menu item where all categories are viewable and set this as a target menu item within the module.

Many thanks
Tony
