I want to display custom field like :
{{Instrumenty Label:JEVPCF_Instrumenty_lbl}} {{Instrumenty:JEVPCF_Instrumenty}}

Description is not nesessary, thumb on the right , if it is difficult thumb canbe displayed as it is ( under link to artist detail )

I want this view to look like in picture

This is controlled in Managed People Configuration -> Options -> Event Details. See:
