pdate problem from 9.1.47 to 3.4

I use JEvents in the meantime with Joomla 3.5

In the last time it proves impossible to update JEvents.

Following things happen(ed):
constantly occuring update mesage which allows me to update JEVents from 3.1.47 to the current Version (recently it was 3.4.8.
Starting the update process results in "successful"
However immediately on returning to Joomla start page the same update is offered. Activating the update page again the same state as before is offered.
This happens constantly.

I installed JEvents Version 3.4.8. manually.

Then an update from 3.4.8 to 3.4.9.1 was offered.
I did this - also result "successful".
Joomla start page again offered the update Option.
Again: returning to the update page it was offered;
from 3.1.47 (!!!) fo 3.4.9.1
