Hi,
I'm a long time french Jevent user (and regulary a silver one). I have a prospect with many questions. It's a non-benefit association which have to manage a training program.
They want to be able to :
[list=1]
[*]manage some training days with location custom fields, categories etc => ok[/*:m]
[*]offer a search module for finding training days depending of some customs fields (option )[/*:m]
[*]ppl could make a reservation on these date an if it's possible without creating a Joomla user => RSVP Ok with anonymus user ?[/*:m]
[*]user who have a reservation must receive a confirmation for each reservation they make => ?[/*:m]
[*]user who have a reservation must receive a reminder mail for each reservation they make => OK (RSVP reminder + CRON)[/*:m]
[*]user who have a reservation must receive a cancell mail for each reservation they make => mail on change event ?[/*:m]
[*]mailing list for future training based on user who have already make a reservation on other training days => Event invitation ?[/*:m]
[*](harder from there)export list of ppl who have make a reservation with specific template in order to have a checklist with all ppl and the name of the training for example => I don't think something already exist[/*:m]
[*]unscribe ppl on a past event/training and exporting the list with only ppl who have really come (for stats managment) => same above [/*:m][/list

Sorry for the long list but, I have already some answers but still have some blank. Geraint I'm opened for a quick paid evaluation for the export function if it don't exist.

There is a 'did attend' field that can be clicked in the list of attendees view which can be used by the event organiser to record who actually turned up - together with a text field to add some notes e.g. "left early"

Just to add to point 7 of Tony's excellent response. There is an acyMailing custom field for RSVP Pro where you specify a mailing list to add new attendees to. Then you can send them messages in the future about new events coming up etc.

1. All seems fine
2. Using the JEvents Filter module you should be able to select the custom fields providing they have the ability to be filtered enabled.
3. Ok with RSVP Pro and Email Based registrations enabled
4. This will be done, note one email address can make one reservation session. So if they want to add another reservation after they have made one then they need to either update it, or redo it and use the add guest feature.
5. Correct all ok
6. Correct RSVP Pro message on cancellation
7. You can invite them no problem, if they are registered maybe you can use something and add them to a group?
8. We can export all people from the session in a .csv format for every event. So you just open it in excel and remove anything not needed?
9. So you are wanting to remove people from previous events etc? i'm not quite sure I follow this one?
