Hi,

The initial month view of the component has the tooltip with properly formatted and designed.

But when I clicked the next month, the tooltip formatting will not work

Hello,

This is usually down to your theme loading it's own bootstrap and removing the core bootstrap which has tooltip support.

We would tend to advise trying the other tooltip type selectable in the JEvents Configuration under Main Monthly Calendar.

Many thanks
Tony

Here is further info about my problem:

I have a page that is Core - View by Month that has a url http://www.mywebsite.com/academic-calendar/ and the tooltip is working fine at this initial view, see attached file.

But when i clicked or navigate to the next month where in i will have this url http://www.mywebsite.com/academic-calendar/monthcalendar/2019/11/- the tooltip will no longer work..

I have tried using Mootools but still not working

Hello,

Ok so because it works on one but not the other that indicates it's an issue with a module. On the page that is not working add:

?tmpl=component to the url and return. IF it works then, you need to review which modules are loading.

Ok so that indicates it's more a template issue? try:

?template=protostar isntead. Does it work now?

Hello,

I suspect it is a possible clash with Bootstrap 3 but see no tooltips show at all now. Are you happy as it is?

Many thanks
Tony

Ok so core.js and bootstrap plus our JS is not being loaded in.

Can you please provide super user logins or an Akeeba backup so I can investigate further?

Many thanks
Tony
