Hi,
I need to create a moderator area on frontend where Jevents events could be managed and created.
What menus I should publish in this area (considering Jevents,JEV Locations,etc)?
Also the Search engine crowler how work?(how to setup correctly)

I would suggest creating an Jevents Manage Events view and a JEvents Locations View.
Search works natively with the Joomla! core, just enable the relative plugins.
