Frequently the Listings panel loses all content and shows 'No events'. It's cured simply enough by going in and re-saving the module at which point it all appears correctly.

Happens increasingly often now, to the point where someone has to vigilant regarding the site at all times. Screengrab attached of how it appears.

Originally it happened once, then again some (long) while later, now it is much more regular. No discernible pattern as to indicate cause - nothing being done in the back end of the site. It just seems to happen.

Advice welcome.....

It's still very badly broken CSS. Replace it with this:

/**
Document : jevcustom
Created on : 22-Apr-2013, 14:12:51
Author : Tony Partridge - GWE Systems Ltd
Description: To allow customisation of CSS Strings where they can never be lost.
Purpose of the stylesheet follows.
**/
.eventstyle {
border-width: 0px 0px 2px 5px !important;
border-style: solid !important;
}
.mod_events_latest_table {
float:left;
}
.contentpaneopen {
max-width: 100%;
display:block;
}

Hi Tony,

Thanks for getting back. Just been away for a few days but I've now copied the above code and replaced the original, but it still won't scale in Chrome but works fine in Safari, Firefox or Opera.

Concern is that Chrome is by far the market leader so most users will experience this problem.

I've been testing on this page - see what results you get:

Hello Neil,

I've checked your site and it's scaling correctly. Make sure to test in 'in-private' mode to ensure the new CSS is loaded fresh and not from cache.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,

Thanks, I keep clearing the Chrome cache each time. Somehow it's now scaling but that didn't happen immediately after the code was replaced, but it's working, many thanks.

The only problem I have now is that the positioning' of images is now lost. All presentations are ranged left irrespective of how it's set (even if set 'right' or 'center') so the position control has no effect. This is the same for all browsers.

No idea as to why, any help to bring this feature back to control would be very helpful.

Hello Neil,

Your browser caches CSS files natively so replacing the code won't instantly show it on your site if you have viewed your site already.

That sounds like the way your site is setup, we could provide write some CSS for you, but we have already gone above and beyond the limit of free support for customizations.

Many thanks
Tony
