Latest Event module links not working correctly

Hi,

I appear to have a problem with the latest events module links on a site i am developing. If I click on a link on a page that contains the Events component the links in the Latest Events (Upcoming Events) display fine.

ie. When on this page:
http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/events/mo ... /29/-.html

The link for the example Halloween event takes you to the event details page successfully with the following link:

http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/events/mo ... er_reset=1

When clicking on the same Latest Events (Upcoming Events) module example Halloween Event link on a page not containing the Events component such as the following:
http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/classes.html

…you get an error message stating:

“Sorry - this event cannot be viewed using the link provided. Its possible the item may have been updated while you have been viewing the webpage.”

The link for the example Halloween event on the none JEvents component page is as follows:
http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/classes/s ... er_reset=1

Comparing the two links (on a Jevents component page and none Jevents component page) the difference is in the path i.e.

http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/events/monthly-events/icalrepeat.detail/2015/10/30/12199/16|18/halloween-party.html?filter_reset=1
http://beta.mundolatinouk.com/classes/salsa/icalrepeat.detail/2015/10/30/12199/16|18/halloween-party.html?filter_reset=1

Any idea why this is happening and how it can be resolved? Can you please advice how this can be fixed to allow me to access the event links from the Latest Events module from any page?
