Hello!
I have correspondence with you about 1 months ago regarding this topic, but unfortunately I can't find it now in my user menu any more :(. I still can't understand how integrate k2 post to jevents calendar. I have installed the plugins for it. So Jevents works now and I can create events. But I can't integrate K2 text to event (in Jevent calendar). Is it possible to create k2 post and make it as event at the same time?
Please help!
Best regards,
Karina

Hello Karina,

I'm afraid that's not possible. What our linkage does is just link the events and K2 items.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello Tony,
Sorry, I wrote several time but I still doesn't understand how the LINKAGE works and can't find information about it. I installed CCK Linkage plugin. At the moment I have my Jevent. It works. But there is no linkage to K2. I cant see it. And I don't understand at the moment how it should work. Could you please specify very simple how the LINKAGE between K2 and Jevents should work then. And what do you mean by linkage?
Thank you beforehand,
Karina

Hello Karina,

The linkage is very basic. It simply links a JEvents Event to a K2 item via a LINK shown in the event details.

So when you create a JEvents Event, you can select a K2 listing.

You can show events linked to a K2 item within the K2 item with a little more adjusted as per the club documents.

Many thanks
Tony

p.s. to show the list of matching events in your K2 item you will need the "K2 Associated events" plugin too - see https://www.jevents.net/download-area/c ... blog-zoo-2

Hello,

I am trying to understand the linkage but it is for me also unclear like many others as I understand from the forum. I have installed the k2 plugin and the cck linkage, I have enabled them but still nothing seems in jevents to be connected to k2 items. When an event is created there is no list (or something like that) connecting to k2 database.

Are there any guides, or any screenshots of the process???

Regards
