Hello,
I have JEveents current version on a Joomla5 site. There is a menu item with a list of events of the current year.
I thknk the according layout should be "list roq detail" or so (I have German language).
However the frontend display does not react in any way on changes of this layout.
I have also JEvents on a J4 site for a long time now - simioar conditions. Here layout changes are shown in the frontend without problems.
What could be the reason?
Thanks in advance!

I try once again - 2 ppsts have disappeared...

1. . Layout is published
2- Lauigage is "all" (can not be changed)
3. from my side there is no override

To be precise:
It relates to the layout "latest events" used in a "latest events" sidebar module.
I deleted the complete contend and inserted only a title tag - no change in the display at all....

once again - seems as if my answer was not sent...

Published: yes
languages: all (can not be changed)
Overrides - none as far as I know - I did not create one

To be precise:
It is the "latest events" layout that does not show changes.
I use it in a sidebar module - type "latest events".
Also date and time format are in English and not in German as I am looking for.

Besides that there is a menu item "Calendar" with an event list and event details. Both according layouts show what I want them to show.

BEst wishes

Seems that IO have not been precise enough:
It is about the layout "latest events" used in a sidebar module with this type.
The layout "latest events" is published, for all languages (can not be changed)., and as far sa I see there is no according override in the template.

On a menu item with the calendar list type the layouts '"list item" and "list detail" work correctly.
It is only the layout "latets events" that does not react on any change.

things to check:

1. Is the layout published?
2. Is it language of category specific?
3. Does your site have a template override controlling this output?
