Error when saving RSVP template translations

Thanks, Tony. See support info below, JEV + RSVP are up to date now. But the problem is still the same. In the event translation page, both the german and english "contact" fields are blank, and both get cleared everytime after saving.
Unfortunately, I am not allowed to provide access to the backend, so I guess we are stuck here. Do you have any ideas what could be wrong, so I could try to look by myself? Thank you!

Can you please ensure RSVP Pro and JEvents are fully up to date? Then if the problem persists please provide super user logins in the 'Site Details (Private)' tab on reply.
