Hi just wondering in wich files of JEvent I could archive something like this:
What I need to start:
[list]The DIV and file for the Days in the month calendar
Category image ID to set the images
Maybe some support
Its will be great if the font color could be set to the category color[/list:u]
Just not to confuse the pictures should change on the events not on the category, the category is only for the position of the Event and the “background”image. Are there some ready to use templates for a similar project? Any hints, ideas and suggestions or help is welcome.
PS. to get Joomla more gamersite friendly this is an idea how Joomla can be flexible, I will try my best and I am willing to contribute my work to JEvents to adapt it when it is finish but until than I guess that I need to ask for a lot of help

PPS. One suggestion for the developers, make an event-template possible where you can save 50 different events and choose one of the saved event-templates to automatically fill up all fields in the new events entries of the calendar and the user should only enter the start and end date, so if there are Events that rapidly coming up but the events are irregular. Unfortunately it’s not possible to let it repeated over the normal Jevents setting because it is irregular.

Thanks for your support, yes I saw it but this is only for EVENT DETAIL Layout Editing and not for the CALANDAR MONTH VIEW Layout Editing. Maybe I was not so clear what I mean in the post. This is the DIV Cell of one day of the CLAENDARS MONTH VIEW to explain what I want to do. Usually you find the page of the module or component in there root directory of the module or component under Joomla or in the media files. But somehow I can´t find the CALENDAR MONTH VIEW because every test in the files with hello world as a test was not successful. So I will be glade if someone can hit me in the right direction to find the right view.html.

You can edit the layout for single entries within the month calendar but not the overall cell - for that you will need a template override
