Strange thing just happened. I have and event where I marked the customer as paid on the back end. I just changed the dates on the event in Jevents, then went to RSVP pro, and see that the customer has money bags. So I clicked on money bags and I got an error message. That said the customer ID does not exist. When I went back the customer is gone. I've had to re-enter the customer manually.

There is another event where I have multiple paid customers and yet the event is showing no participants in RSVP pro - sessions page.

Not sure why.

unpaid counts towards capacity is set to no, unpaid is attendance status is confirm. And both of these are set to no:

This is because it looks like you changed the price of the event and now the payments have outstanding balances? see:

Hey,

So looking at the 27th event it has 2 attendees which is what is expected from the count. Are you expecting to see more?

Can we get phpmyadmin/database logins to review?

Was this a repeating event and you changed the date/time by any chance?

The participants completely disappeared and I added them back in manually for the Sep 27 event. That's why you see them.

No, it's a one off event, not repeating.

Hey,

I've taken a look and can't see anything obvious, but I did notice:

Remove unpaid is set to 60 minutes. Is it possible you marked them unpaid?

I don't think so because i had a confirmation sent to them previously which means I marked them as paid. What about the bootcamp event? where all are marked paid but the count is zero?
