Dear JEvent team!

Recently I realized that currently it is not possible to create new events on my website. More exactly, I can fill out the event form (in modal pop-up), but when I click on "Save" or "Save and Close", the form is just being reloaded and empty. At least, this is what happens when I try it once. When I then try it a second time (fill out the form and click Save) nothing happens. I need to cancel the creation (close the form) and start again.

Any idea what could be the reason?

Yes, there are errors. But one message occurs several times and seems to be related to JEevent: "WFEditor is not defined".

and

Is this relevant to JEevents?

By the way: The misbehaviour is the same without modal window (but on a regular page).

Did you enable the JQuery Fix option on the first tab of the JEvents config? If not please try that on.

If that doesn't help - which Wysiwyg editor are you using?

The jQuery option didn't help, unfortunately. It already was enabled.

I use the editor JCE 2.4.6. Thanks to your question I tried and set the standard editor to "none" in the Joomla configuration. And bingo! I was able to create events again!

Should I simply use another editor now?

Ok, I got it: I just disabled "Compress Javascript" in the Editor Global Configuration of JCE Editor. Now it works.

Thank you very much for the hint regarding the editor!
