My JEvents calendar is displaying this on the front end:

Aha! They are not in that file. I will go ahead and use the language overrides as you suggested. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello,

Can you enable language debug mode? And check that the file:

en-GB.com_jevents.ini

is being loaded?

If so can you check inside it:

/languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_jevents.ini

That these exist:

JEV_MAY="May"

Many thanks
Tony

I am using en-GB. I see the en-GB.com_jevents.ini file under administrator. It contains this: JEV_TRANSLATION_LANGUAGE="English (Great Britain)"
I see the override instructions but not sure what I am trying to override.
Sorry for my ignorance. I appreciate your help.

Hello Hollis,

What language are you using? This should be include in the JEvents Language file by default.

As a work around you can apply a language override. See:
https://www.jevents.net/languageoverrides

Many thanks
Tony
