And I think, that I have the latest version --> JEvents 3.6
Joomla 4.3 do not offer an update for JEvents

Any suggestion?

Manually upgrade to JEvents 3.6.52 done.
Now it works fine again.

Please upgrade to JEvents 3.6.52 + if it doesn't show in the update manager then download and install it manually.

Sometimes the update server is disabled within Joomla so that some updates don't appear
