New Facebook Social Sharing Plugin

We have released a new version of the JEvents Facebook Social Plugin available to our Silver Club Members. 

This new plugin uses the new Facebook API system and does require you to setup a Facebook App through the facebook developers sytem. 

We encourge users to move over to the new plugin, as Facebook have deprecated the old plugin and we are unsure of when it will stop working. To assist we have created a document on how to configure and setup the plugin, whilst also providing a video to show how it is done.

Features of this plugin are:

Facebook Like Button

Customise the like button style from 4 different options, include a likes count display.
Show as 'Like' or 'Recommend'
Add a share button to the right of the like button for a more integrated design
Show Faces under the like button? 

Facebook Share Button

Customise the share style from 6 different options, including a share count option

Facebook Comments

Set a Comments color scheme; light or dark
Limit the amount of comments displayed, default is 5
Define comments box width

Global Options:

Set a preferable Image, either the category image the event is in or the Events image upload with our Standard File and Images Plugin.

Set HTTPS urls, if you have an event details page in HTTPS then you can set to always share with HTTPS urls. 
Debug APP - This loads the Facebook debug javascript increase you are having problems. Try to avoid using this and ask questions in the JEvents Forums first.
