Hi,

Our website allows booking places for children parties and there are certain users who wish to perform bookings for more than 1 child and for this they need a different email address for each booking at the moment.

My question is: is it possible to allow multiple bookings for the same email address with RSVP Pro? RSVP Pro is configured to allow non registered users to book using an email address.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Hello,

Yes it certainly is. But it would be under 1 email i.e. the 1 user account.

In the RSVP Pro Template you need to set each field that you want to apply to guests to Apply to guest only or Apply to each individual.

Once 1 field is like the above then you will see an Add Guest button.

Many thanks
Tony

Hi Tony,

Thank you very much for your reply. All sorted out now. A nice feature of RSVP Pro, I'd say.

One more question: Some of the children's parents have decided to move the booking onto another week. Can an attendee (session) be moved to another event or do they have to rebook to the corresponding week?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards

Glad to hear it :-)

Unfortunately they cannot be moved :( Since we made RSVP Pro so dynamic that every template has different field id's and there is no way to re-map the data.

Many thanks
Tony

I have a similar setup, and just noticed that the email address is included on each of the attendee tabs. We only want to collect the email address from the primary attendee. Is there a way to disable the email address field for non-primary attendees for this template?

Just configure the field as applying to the group/primary attendee.

Where can I do this? The email field doesn't show up in the Template Fields area of the template.

Can you provide screen grabs of the registration page showing this?

Are these non-registered user event registrations? If so then I probably can't help as all my registrations are registered users. You could probably include some javascript to hide the field on secondary attendee tabs.

Thanks, I have "Allow non registered users to register with an email address" enabled as we don't have registered users.

It's not a huge deal, as the email address on the non-primary attendees tab gets populated by the primary email address, but just wondering if it's possible to disable. Otherwise, I'll just hide the field.

Hello,

The primary email is always shown by default so you know it's there for the form in general and not for each individual.

Many thanks
Tony
