Hello,
I use the "Range" menu link to view events in one category between dates and it works fine.

But when I enable "events in several categories" in the "event editing" tab settings, my "Range" menu link displays events from all my categories and not just the categoriy chosen in the menu link settings .

Is it the usual behavior?

Can you look about that? thank you very much

Hello,

Page where you can see the issue (you have to be login)
https://www.zorntt.fr/cal-prochains-evenements/cal-anniv-des-membres
In this case you will see picture 1

Now in admin -> Jevents config -> Tab "Event edit" you simply move the toggle "Accept multi-categories events" from NO to YES, see picture 2

And now on the page you will see picture 3 where all events of all my catégories are displayed in the right date range instead of the only one category selected in the range menu.

Many thanks for your help
Philippe

Please provide super user logins in the Site Details (Private) tab and let us know how to recreate the issue on your site.

Many thanks

Hello,

STEP 1
"Events in several categories" Disabled:
in my range menu I have selected only one category which is a parent category and so the display is correct.

STEP 2
As soon as I just enable "Events in several categories" without any change of the category of my events then the range menu display all my events of all the categories both parent and child including the category selected in my range menu link.

I attach 3 pictures to better explain
Thanks
Philippe

Hello,

Are the categories sub categories of other categories? Is the event in any of the categories in the selected menu item?

Many thanks
Tony
