After installing the German language-pack the language keeps in the front- and backend in English.
I checked by FTP if the language-files were in the joomla-folder - that is ok!
I have the newest Joomla-installation and the actual JEvents-Module. Its a fresh installation.

So we have the German language package which is:
de-DE:
https://www.jevents.net/download-area/translation/item/german-language-for-jevents
Can you make sure you installed the Joomla! de-DE Language pack and not: de-AT ?
