JEvents Slideshow problem: 'Sorry there were no events found.'

Hello, I,ve got some problem with JEvents Slideshow - I think I set everything correctly, the events display correctly in other modules, but I get an error in JEvents Slideshow: 'Sorry there were no events found. '

where could be the problem?

I send this question erier, but there's no answer, so I send it again.
