Hello, sadly i did not get any response.

All in know by investigation in meantime, is, that the faile basically is compatible with google's .ics standard. But jevents shows this feil message.

The situation is, that the given file could not be changed, as it is part of a system. The plan is, to import this file frequently, to get the latest events in the jevents component in the given website.

Question:
Is there any developer, who can check, what is reason for this fail - and can set up a modified version of .ics import, so that we can use this?

Thank you

See your error message

Out of range value for column 'dtstart'

What dates do you have for your events - it looks as though one or more may have an extreme value that can't be stored in the database

Hello, thank you for your response.
Whyever, the calendar has some facts, start in in 1970, as i can see. I know, it is not very professional ... but it based on another system, a portal for teachers.

Attached i send you the .ics file - zipped.

This needs to download frequently from a fixed url ... so, basically i am not able to change anythang with the file.

So, how is it possible, to modify the import, that it works? What is needed to do?

Thank you very much.
Best regards

I just imported this calendar with no problems - though it took a while because it so large

Looking at the file I see where the problem arises e.g.

Ok, what exactly is the problem?

i tried to import it manually by file downloaded first - it was the same.

Please, could this solved by changing config from server?
Or what is needed, that the import will work correctly?

Thanks for advise!
Best regards

Look at the dates for the start and end of the event - they are somewhat extreme!

Thank you for the support ... as the answers are really short and a littly cryptic.
But yes, there where failed dates inside the ics ... these are corrected - and now it possible to import all dates correctly.
Bye
