Event limit for a user doesn't work as expected

Hey,

I need to limit number of events created by user only to 1.
My authorization is set to Enable User Authorization: yes

I see at least 2 issues/bugs (tested on 2 different Joomlas):

1) When a Publisher adds 1 event it's ok. But than when he/she adds another event, then the form is displayed, and after submitting there is an error page.
I would expect a message before form display: Your events limit is reached

2) When a Publisher deletes this 1 event, still it's not possible to create a new event.
This event is still trashed. Is there an option to delete events directly without trash?
