I test it again and now I have no problem (without the need to reboot the computer).

I don't if you did something to solve it but if not it is a big problem.

Thank you for reporting this - we have been suspicious that users have been having this sort of problem in the last few days but we can't recreate the issue.

Do you still see this problem? Can you do me a really big favour - can you reboot your computer and try again - does it work now?

Do you happen to have a static IP address so I can find your visit in the server logs to see if they give me an insight into what is going on?
