Hello,
yesterday I did this mini-migration from Joomla 3.10.xx to 4.2.x and all seams to be working very well.
Today I tried to change an event and I get:

There is an error.
403 not enough rights to see this function

If I try to open any categorie I get this notification:

categories.jpg

There's no user with ID 72?
I've only one SuperUser and I don't understand what jEvents is telling me here?

Greetings

Hey,
many thanks for your reply.

At first I'm not using authorised user mode.
Second, I've only one user on my joomla page and there wasn't any problem with Joomla 3.
The same user exists after upgrading to joomla 4.

For now we can close this topic because I've uninstalled JEvents, delete JEvents from my database and reinstall it.
It's a little site so I'd create the few categories and events for 2023.
All past events are lost but it's OK for me.

Greetings

1. How did you migrate your event data - Joomla displays this error message when the Joomla user associated with the creator of an event has been removed or doesn't exist. I suspect this is a user Id from your old J3 site.

You could change the 'created_by' column in the #_jevents_vevent table to a valid value.

Are you using authorised user mode? If so you may need to create a new entry in the new site.
