Hi,
1° Do venues in your system have their own calendar : like if I create an event and choose that venue at a time where there is already an event at that venue, it will stop me creating my event?
2° Do I see the venue calendar when creating an event so that I can pick an available time?
3° Do venues have a capacity feature like ability to restrict the number of events that it can host?

1. Yes - using the managed locations addon you can block 'overlapping' events at the same venues.
2. Not when creating an event but you can display a separate calendar for each venue or filter the main calendar by venue to see the blocks
3. Do you mean total number of events (over what timescale?) or the number of events that can happen at the same time? This isn't a standard feature but could be implemented as a custom plugin
