Forum rules
When requesting support please follow these steps:

1. Update all JEvents add on's first, via the Joomla! Updater
2. Copy and Paste the JEvents Support Information from the JEvents Control Panel.
3. If you get a 500 error OR white page, enable Maximum Error Reporting in Joomla! Global Config and visit the page again, this should give you a more detailed error and help us provide a prompt response.

Yes, if you go to the calendar link on the main menu you will see them there.

You did set the 'use settings below' option in the module config?

Can you enable Joomla debug mode and then view the page and look at the database queries at the bottom of the page and find the ones that include the text "rpt.*" - what do they look like?

Yes, it is set to "use settings below"
I enabled debug, went to the module on the backend.. there are a ton listed in the queries, but I don't see anything with "rpt"

I viewed it on the front end (homepage where the mod is) and there isn't even a heading listed for database queries.

The database queries reside at the bottom of your site. Providing your template has the debug call input? failing that add either:
