JEvents 3.1 (Free Access)

parse Error

Forum for JEvents 3.1 for Joomla 3.x and 2.5.
Forum rules
When requesting support please follow these steps:

1. Update all JEvents add on's first, via the Joomla! Updater
2. Copy and Paste the JEvents Support Information from the JEvents Control Panel.
3. If you get a 500 error OR white page, enable Maximum Error Reporting in Joomla! Global Config and visit the page again, this should give you a more detailed error and help us provide a prompt response.

okay but how do I fix this now. Try Google and you will see a lot of hits. Thats indicating this is a serious problem.

Edit line 139 from:

self::$indexedvisiblefilters[$filtername] = $filter::filterType;

to:
Code: Select all
self::$indexedvisiblefilters[$filtername] = $filter->filterType;

Does that resolve you issue?

I'm a bit confused with the reference to a Dutch version? are you wanting a language file in dutch? if so see the translations in the downloads area.

yes I found them but I think these are only Jevents 2.5. Is that correct?

No, they should work under 3.0 as well.

ok, i test today. Seems we are making progress. If I can get this to work it's time to buy the GOLD one :). Just need to convince other members of board of directors. We are non profit organisation and doesnt have a lot of money.
