Hi,

I have installed JEvents and set up an event for 27/03/2013 called Test 1 in the DEFAULT category and published it. However it's not showing up. I even tried re-installing JEvents and it has made no difference. What could be wrong?

To clarify, I just need the most BASIC thing of putting in events and they show up.

The page is: http://www.dunmanway.ie/whats-on/month. ... 13/03/26/-

Code: Select all
Joomla : 2.5.9
component_com_jevents : 3.0.9
module_mod_jevents_cal : 3.0.9
module_mod_jevents_filter : 3.0.9
module_mod_jevents_latest : 3.0.9
module_mod_jevents_legend : 3.0.9
module_mod_jevents_switchview : 3.0.9
plugin_finder_jevents : 3.0.9
plugin_search_eventsearch : 3.0.9

Hello,

In the menu item, please make sure you have selected either:

1. NO CATEGORIES
2. ALL CATEGORIES

Does it work now?

Regards
Tony

Thanks Tony,

It says: "Select categories - leave blank for all"

I had left it blank, now I selected DEFAULT, but it makes no difference.

It's as if it just doesn't work at all. Baffling.

Thanks Geraint,

I checked them now, and events are set to published with public access. I have had to set up a different events list as I have no more time on this project. This site was ported from J1.5 to 2.5 so that may have had something to do with it.

Thanks for your help.
