JEvents 1.5 (No longer actively supported)

SOLVED Copy events from one calendar on site 'a' to site 'b'

JEvents 2.0 was launched over 2 years ago and the latest stable version is version 2.2 which will run on Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5. JEvents 1.5 is therefore no longer actively supported - you should upgrade to JEvents 2.2+ as soon as possible.

I have a Jevents calendar on one site: http://www.talligewi62.org/joomla/index ... tids=36|37
I would like to copy the events listed on that calendar to the calendar on a second site: http://lincolntraildistrict.net/index.p ... &Itemid=14

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hello,

You can do this with the ical export method in jevents then on your new site create an ical calendar, and import them.

Question... is there a set of instructions for upgrading from 1.5.x to 2.x?

You should be able to just install it over.

Unless you are migrating to Joomla 1.7 from 1.5 then you need to use the migration script.

You need to upgrade Joomla, to at least 1.5.25 or 1.7.
