So the June 2021 menu is sure possible, it's a monthly calendar effectively with a customised view. You could also use the Range view and just override it with a custom style for a flex box type display which renders each day. But would need some coding of course.

The meal order form is the trickiest because you are trying to allow ordering all the month in one go. By default JEvents books per day or a whole event.

You could I suppose have a single order form, one for each month. Event event uses the same order form, they then have a select list / text input for each day to select their meals?
