Before I go purchasing JEvents for my site (isurfedthere.com) I'd like to know if I can create an event template that will be used over and over again with built in custom fields for competition heats. Each event will need to have somewhere between 20-30 divisions, with (normally) six competitors assigned to a division based on age:

Up to Age 14
Ages 15-19
Ages 20-29
and so on...

I need the software to automatically do two things:

1. limit how many users can sign up for each age division
2. show how many users are already signed up in all divisions

Is this possible? Are there any "ready made" solutions for this?
Hello,

With RSVP Pro you could setup a select list for the person to select Age 15-19 and a limit on this option of say 10 people. Then when it reaches 10 it's unselectable.

You can then export all attendees for that event.
