Hi, I have searched the forum and apart from a few out of date pages can't find anything recent on a Welsh language pack.
Is there one at all anywhere for Jevents for Joomla 3, however much may be missing at least it would be a start.
If there is not one I will have to create it, can you tell me how best to do this?

It is mainly just frontend.
