Want 24-hours but get AM/PM in front page

I have set time to 24 hours and to French/German and it seems alright in backend, but on home-page in front end I still gets AM/PM setting, but then I click on a link for an event time is correct. See uploaded files. I want to show 24-time in home page too. http://www.bccc.se
