Hi!
I can't Update my JEvents-Installation (3.6.39) --> (3.6.45).

<em>"Incorrect prefix key; the used key part isn't a string, the used length is longer than the key part, or the storage engine doesn't support unique prefix keys
Paket Update: Bei der Installation der Erweiterung trat ein Fehler auf: com_jevents.zip"</em>

What is the problem?

Thanx!

I tried to install pkg.jevents_3.6.46dev.zip, due to receiving the same error (Incorrect prefix key) when trying to update from jevents 3.6.43 to jevents 3.6.45.
Installing pkg.jevents_3.6.46dev.zip caused a Duplicate key name 'location'
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_jevents.zip.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you....Carolyn

Hi,
I was getting the same error, as dollman when updating from 3.4.43 to 3.4.45

Warning
Incorrect prefix key; the used key part isn't a string, the used length is longer than the key part, or the storage engine doesn't support unique prefix keys
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_jevents.zip

I used this "3.6.46dev" download, but when I upload the 3.6.46dev, I get the following error on both my localhost test site and on my public site:

Warning
Duplicate key name 'location'
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_jevents.zip.

My Joomla version is at 3.10.11

Hi,
Extra Note:
When I go into my JEvents dashboard it shows the version as 3.4.46dev, but yet in my Extensions > Update, I still get prompted to update from 3.6.43 to 3.6.45. This is both on my localhost test site and my public site.
