Hello,

Suddenly I am unable to update RSVP Pro to the latest version.

It gives me this error:

Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.jevents.net/newupdates/update.php?file=pkg_rsvppro_3.6.0.zip&dlid=50323G942D5732-6938-84DC-849F-4425E6EE4F38-bmVydmlpLmRydWlkY2lyY2xlLm9yZy9tb3RoZXJncm92ZQ==.

The link gives this error:

Invalid download : . ** This access code is not valid for this domain **
Invalid access code - please login at JEvents.net to obtain an access code for your subscription


I double checked, and my subscription is valid for this domain. I generated a second code especially for that subdomain, but it gives the same result. My subscription is still active until sometime next year. It worked fine before, so I don't know why it suddenly doesn't work now.

Can you please let me know?

You can manually download and install it, but can you generate a new code and update the code with the new code?

Yes, I had generated a new code, even specific for that subdomain, and it still didn't work. Tried updating again just now, and still doesn't work.

I can just download the latest version of RSVP Pro in full and install it through the Joomla installer, without losing any data?

Hello,

I just tried again, using the automatic updater, and now it suddenly worked without a problem. Even though I had changed or done nothing else. So it seems to have resolved itself. But if it occurs again next time, I'll try updating by downloading and installing the new version manually.
