I've just created a super user login for you at
https://www.lifebpc.com/vbs/administrator. Password is same as userid
I did an update to the latest Jevents 3.6. Now I do not have any problem with the menu item as mentioned above.
However I have a more serious problem. My Session templates are all messed up. They are not the latest that I had. Also I'm not able to modify the templates. I click Ticket Layout / Template Fields / Custom Messages / Session Options and nothing happens.
Please help! I have a live Session that is accepting reservations now.
