Hi

I am using jevents and rsvp pro but our customers are currently unable to print tickets for events they have booked - they can see the print ticket icon but it is not working

are you able to advise

Sounds like it could be a JS or CSS issue - can you give me a URL and login details of a user that can't download/print their tickets?

What version of RSVP Pro do you have? The modal popups in JEvents changed some time ago as did the ones in RSVP Pro to match so if you have updated JEvents and not RSVP Pro this could explain your issues.

after a long awaiting upgrade - circling back to fix some issues
