I found it too hard to make a payment and purchase a Gold Membership.
Did you have problems with Paypal? Can you explain what the problems were so I can look into them?

If you prefer I can send you our bank details to make an international bank transfer.

Hi Geraint, I see the transaction did get processed and my card was charged. Can you please reverse the transaction because I now no longer require your product.

The problem was that both my debit cards were declined.

There is no record of this transaction at Paypal at all - can you check the email you would have received from paypal for the transaction reference number and send it to me via PM and I'll investigate.
