Good Morning,
We're going to be using this to display to events going on in different rooms of a Community Centre. Each of the rooms is listed using the JEvents Locations. The room also has an Exchange calendar through office 365. We'd like it so that whenever something is added to the Exchange calendar, it's shown as a private event in the JEvent and when the JEvent is booked it's shown as unavailable in Exchange.
How can this be done?

Hello,
So you would need to get the Outlook iCal URL for that location. Then you should be able to setup a JEvents Calendar (New from URL) and use this url.
You can then use the JEvents Hidden Event Details plugin (Silver Members) to to set the event data as 'Unavailable'.
