Hello, thank you for this great component. I use v3.4 and I do not have a subscription. I am not able to import a csv. I though this was to done by creating a new calendar. But nothing occurs when I validate the file. Do I need to have a subscription to import a csv ? Thank you, Roland
Hi Tony, thanks for your quick replies. Here is were I stand.

1) in the test csv file the very last CR for the last line was missing, after ...INTERVAL=3". I've inserted a carriage return and it worked

2) I've then succeeded to import 750 events Using Open Office export.

Thanks a lot, great component!

Hello,

No you can import with the free version. What errors are there? Can you post a sample of your CSV?

Many thanks

Here it is. I have just changed the category name. I get no error message, nothing.

"CATEGORIES","SUMMARY","LOCATION","DESCRIPTION","CONTACT","X-EXTRAINFO","DTSTART","DTEND","TIMEZONE","RRULE"
"Knowledge plus","Football Match","Football Stadium","This event is just for fun","Contact Name","Whatever extra-info","20100915T150000","20100915T191500","Europe/London","FREQ=DAILY;COUNT=10;INTERVAL=3"

I go to "Manage Calendars" => "New" ... "Load Ical from file". Screen refreshes and then back to "Manage Calendars" with no warning or error message.

Hello Roland,

It sounds like a possible issue with uploading on your server. Are you doing this in the backend off JEvents? Can you please provide your support information?

Did you check for past events?

Thanks
Tony
