Can I make an Article/Menu that shows a calendar with only own (=logged in user) created events ?
So, in a way that I don´t have to click first on ´Show only my own events´ in frontend view.

You sure can with the JEvents User Specific Events Plugin:
https://www.jevents.net/products-new/addons/silver-addons/item/user-specific-events
Then the filter should appear on the menu item config.
