You can use the Managed People and stop overlapping so they cannot be double assigned. you can also check and monitor events and prevent events occurring at the same time.

thank you very much for your answer, Tony. I'm thinking of using jevents as a multiple agenda solution in the public sector.
For our particular case we need about 40 calendars and that none of the attendees can be in 2 events scheduled at the same time; that is, if someone schedules one or more attendees on calendar 14 cannot be rescheduled in any of the other calendars at the same time and date; and that attendees of each event that generates each calendar can be notified by mail and with programmable reminders of the date, time, place of the event and attendees.
finally in case all this is possible, what kind of jevents package should I buy?
