Hi there. Like the title of the post says, I am unable to modify, add, or sync anything without getting an error message. I turned on debug mode and ran the error again to collect as much info as I could.

Additional info:
-We are a not-for-profit local sports centre (curling) that cannot upgrade to Joomla 4 as the extension that runs our teams/schedule/etc is not compatible with 4 yet.
-I do not have access to anything except the Joomla control panel.
-My last experience working with and building sites with Joomla was about a decade ago, so I am pretty rusty.
