RSVP Attendee EMail in Messages

Need help with RSVP Pro admin E-Mails

my Problem is: when Attendees sign in an event we get a message. I customized this message. I cannot find any option to integrate the attendee mail adress in the message so we get a the message with his mail adress.

The E-Mails come all with our own email-adress in the header, which we set in the preferences.

Can you tell me, what [value] I have to use in the e-mail to get the Attendee E-Mail in the messages?

  1. go to Session Templates
  2. Add an email address field in the form (manual, joomla or CBfield. the last 2 you can hide for the user)
  3. Add the field to your message at 'custom messages/pages'


If you always want to have it you maybe can do the following:
- Add the field to the default used session template
- Put same tag to the 'configuration > Attendance messages'

Spamfilters don`t like it when you will use the persons email address in the from header from the email.

Hello and thanks for the Answer,

but the problem is that all the members have to fill in the E-Mail Field twice in the registration. Because there is already a field for the E-Mail that I didn`t configure in the template. It is there by default... Does it maybe come from the Joomla user registration?

Hello,

Can you please login with your club account for club support? I see your current account membership expired 7 months ago?

If you enable email based registrations an email is automatically inserted.
