Every year i have the same problem because over the year i forgot the solution ;-)

I want to make a calender for which department has kitchen service. Every department must do kitchen service 1 week, recurring all four weeks.
e.g.:
04.01.2021 until 08.01.2021 Marketing
11.01.2021 until 15.01.2021 Quality department
18.01.2021 until 22.01.2021 Financial department
25.01.2021 until 29.01.2021 Controlling

...and so on for the whole year 2021

In the screenshot you can see what i am writing in and what is the result. Can you please help me?
