Hi there,
I have enabled the PayPal IPN plug in for event registrations. When I test it, I am able to go to the payment page and send the payment. However, the registration in the backend still shows an outstanding balance, but does register the transaction, and PayPal is sending the PayPal account holder continuous "PayPal IPN Message" emails. Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the payment cleared in Paypal?

Can you check your server logs to see what is happening? Is paypal sending any update messages?

There is a paypal log - usually in administrator/components/com_rsvppro/logs/ - is there anything in there?

Hi there,
The PayPal log is blank. The payment is clearing through PayPal and the transaction logged by RSVP Pro but the PayPal merchant account holder is getting IPN messages emailed to them of the format below.

That message suggests that Paypal is validating the payment correctly within RSVP Pro.

Can you send me login details via PM so I can take a look at your events, sesssions, attendees and transactions?
